By accessing or using Ishema Education, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Ishema Education provides an AI-powered educational platform, including digital courses, tutoring, and exam preparation materials. While our tools are designed to highly improve academic performance, we do not guarantee specific grades or examination results.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis (e.g., Basic, Pro, Elite tiers).
• Payments made via Mobile Money, Visa, or Mastercard are non-refundable unless legally required or specifically stated otherwise in our refund policy.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Parent Dashboard.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including text, graphics, logos, video modules, and the Ishema AI software architecture, is the exclusive property of Talent Magnet Literary Agency Ltd and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

5. User Conduct

Accounts are for individual use. Sharing account credentials between multiple unregistered students is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension without refund.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rwanda.
